Kelli Estes is a registered nurse of 25 years and has spent the last 13 years in consulting services for clinical documentation improvement. She is a member of the ACDIS community and was in the original group to sit for the CCDS certification. Formerly a CDS herself, Kelli has always been able to bring a practical application approach into her training style to help others become their best whether a new or seasoned CDS. Recently, Kelli transitioned into a new role as Clinical Nurse Investigator working remotely from Kentucky. In addition to working full-time, Kelli and her husband, Greg have a non-profit ministry called CAMO known as Christian Archery Ministry Outreach where they strive to change lives one arrow at a time! Kelli and Greg are passionate about helping other people and have led three mission trips to Haiti through Disciples' Village after serving in medical missions through BMDMI.

Terrance Govender is currently the Vice President of Medical Affairs for ClinIntell, Inc. He has many years of clinical and healthcare management experience that goes beyond the borders of the United States, having also practice in the United Kingdom and South Africa. After being introduced to the concept of CDI early on in his non-clinical career, he realized that we still have a lot to accomplish as an industry. Terrance’s passion lies in the ability to empower physicians, who want to do the right thing, by providing them the shortest distance between two points with regards to CDI. This approach can take on many forms and the exact solution may vary depending on different cultures, but Terrance believes that its time to leverage data, advanced analytics and performance monitoring to affect long term change in physician behavior.
