Leontanette Perry-Houston, RN, BSN is a Registered Nurse of 23 years. She is originally from the impoverished area of Gary, Indiana and the oldest of 6 siblings.
She graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Indiana University Northwest. She is the Mother of 3 children two girls ages 27 Aeriole Miranda, and daughter LeTerran Muriel, and son Elijah. She initially started her career in Critical care as a RN in ICU out of school in Indiana and relocated back to Atlanta in 1997 working at Emory University Hospital in ICU. Her career experience includes working as a Public Health Case Manager for DeKalb County TB/HIV, Telephonic and Onsite Utilization Review Nurse for Aetna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia. She began her career in CDI in 2007 at a level II trauma center with advancement of her career as a travel CDI Specialist, CDI Consultant, 3M 360 Encompass End User Trainer, Independent contractor, and Interim Systems Director. She established Lifetime Quality Care Consultants, LLC., which is a B2B and B2C firm whose mission it is to empower and educate the healthcare consumer and business organizations about the business that is healthcare by providing a number of services and strategies that involve health education, education about healthcare insurance, case management, care management, utilization review, denials and appeals processing/management, community referrals and partnerships as well as clinical documentation integrity and compliance consulting.

You Are Never Too Old with Joanne Toss
Joanne’s career path has been centered around acute care hospitals - beginning as a secretary to the Director of Psychiatry in 1987. She then worked as a transcriptionist until 2016, and is currently employed as a Clinical Coding Specialist doing ED Coding. She resides in Westchester County, New York with her husband and 2 cats.
