Project Resume with Ann Barnaby
Ann began her journey in the healthcare and coding environment in her study of Health Policy and Administration as a student at The Pennsylvania State University. She was a member of the Phi Gamma Nu business fraternity, and remains active in the fraternity today. Ann used her Bachelor of Science degree to drive a career in medical coding and billing, and eventually involvement in recruiting, training and management of medical coding teams. Ann has been an active member of the AAPC since 2005, when she became a Certified Professional Coder (CPC). She’s also earned her Certified Risk Coder (CRC) certification through the AAPC. She enjoys traveling to speak at local AAPC chapter meetings, meeting coders, and talking to people about how they use their coding certifications. Ann’s desire to help coders to career success was the driving force behind the creation of Project Resume, and that desire grows with every success story!
