Building a Tribe to Survive
Noelle Dale has over 12 years of healthcare experience. In her earlier years, she worked as an outreach officer and coordinator in the Caribbean, where she counseled and advocated for young adults and at risk communities. Noelle collaborated with various health ministries in Jamaica, through the Jamaica AIDS support for life. Noelle’s love for advocacy spread through the media, she produced and hosed radio and TV programs locally in the Caribbean specifically geared towards health education.
Noelle’s’ love for healthcare traveled with her internationally to the United States, were she completed training as a medical assistant. In this capacity, Noelle worked with surgeons and primary care doctors for a local health ministry in New England. Noelle had the pleasure of being on a Cerner EHR implementation team, where she was designated a trainer for her department. Noelle was selected and trained to become a licensed facilitator with creative healthcare management. With this credential, she was able to co-facilitate retreats sponsored by her health ministry, geared toward employee health and wellness. Noelle also has experience in revenue cycle, registration and call center supervision- she has a working knowledge of a variety of healthcare settings and business processes. Noelle is currently completing her Bachelor in Health Information Management and now working as medical records supervisor for a skilled nursing facility. Show Notes
